*sigh* Day 9 not so good, i skipped my morning walk, i got some excercise during the day but i feel really bad about skipping my morning walk. Lets take a look at the food.
Breakfast: 12 Grain Bagel w/cream cheese, 1/2 cup blueberries
Lunch: Egg Salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrot sticks, 2 fat free raspberry newton cookies
Dinner: Small portion of barbequed pork tenderloin, 1/2 cup scalloped potatoes, 1 cup green beans, 10 cucumber slices with light ranch dressing. 1 peek frean cookie
Snacks: 3pm 1/4 cup organic raisins
9pm: skipped it cuz i had scalloped potatoes.
I should have just skipped the potatoes at dinner, but i ate them, and then I felt bad about it, especially after i skipped my morning walk, that i didn't allow myself a snack at 9. I didn't drink enough water either. Only 2 740ml bottles, which is about half of my target.
Lets hope day 10 goes better.
